Terms and Conditions

1. Points on Betfair Poker will be determined by $1 rake equalling 1.3 points. If your gross rake for Betfair Poker is $3,000 you will receive 3,900 points.
2. Points on Grandslam Poker will be determined by $1 rake equalling 1 point. If your gross rake for Grandslam Poker is $3,000 you will receive 3,000 points.
3. You will be required to have a new account set up on Betfair Poker which will be affiliated to this promotion in order to qualify, if you require an account please contact your VIP Personal Contact who will arrange this assuming your mentor agrees to allow you to play on Betfair Poker.
4. A minimum of 75% of the package values must be used in tournament buy-ins and the remainder of the package can be claimed in expenses. The only exception to this rule is if you select to play the WSOP Las Vegas with the $15,000 Package.
5. You can only claim one 20% Live Bankroll Profit Bonus and you must have met the relevant Rake criteria in order to qualify.
6. Where necessary the exchange rate used at the time of buying a tournament package/seat or payment of expenses will be used.
7. Any profits from the live events will be shared on a 50/50 basis with the player receiving 50% and BadBeat receiving 50%.
8. Any winnings must be transferred to BadBeat within 48 hours of completion of the tournament.
9. This offer is in ADDITION to the standard Sponsorship deal.
10. $1 cumulative profit means that once all of your BadBeat game play (all bankrolled sites played) during the qualifying dates is added together you have made at least $1.
11. Only Rake from your BadBeat.com Sponsored Betfair Poker and Grandslam Poker accounts will be accepted for this offer, no other accounts will be included.
12. Any reference to Rake in this promotion is based on 100% of Gross Rake (not Net affiliate Rake).
13. Rake from real money Cash Tables and Tournaments is included in this promotion.
14. You may take a cash alternative which will be added to your BadBeat P & L for the equivalent amount of the Bonus if agreed by BadBeat Management.
15. You may transfer your package to another BadBeat Sponsored Player if agreed by BadBeat Management.
16. Any prizes (Live Tournaments) must be used between the 1st February 2010 and the 31st December 2010. Any unused prizes will be forfeited.
17. Players must represent BadBeat at any live event entered through this promotion.
18. To enter this promotion you must be 18 years or older however to age limit may be 21 for overseas tournaments such as the WSOP Las Vegas where you must be 21 years or over on the date of the tournament.
19. You must still be a BadBeat.com Sponsored player to be entered into a live tournament, if you are removed from the programme or you chose to terminate your sponsorship you will forfeit any prize.
20. Live Tournament requests must be made as early as possible and not less than 2 weeks prior to the start of a UK based tournament and 4 weeks for any other tournament. In the unlikely event that the tournament is full an alternative tournament will be allocated as agreed by BadBeat Management.

Very interesting, it did look like a cumulative buyin, but this is much better, along the lines of a certain martial arts based scheme It would be good if any of the experienced guys could give a rough idea of how many hands at what stake levels would get you up to the various levels.

It does look like it would hep you through the grinding in the winter months to have a target like this to aim for !!!

 At 1/2nl the rake is about $1 every 10 hands for me, and at 0.50/1 it is $1 every 15 hands, so the answer would be quite a lot of hands.

This promotion is all about awarding our players for their success and hard work and not about who will be representing us at Live Tournaments, this is why this particular promotion is suited to both Cash Game and Tournament players.

Naturally we do want the best players representing BadBeat at the Live Events and any cash game player who qualifies who feel they could do with a few mentoring sessions on tournaments can speak to their mentor to arrange this, if your mentor is not able to mentor in this field you will be provided with another mentor to give you the sessions you require.
