Ive grafted my butt off over the last few days, trying to get through this bad run, trying to get over the variance. the real pain of all this is im playing at the low levels, the very low levels, trying to grind it with out any real risk, just trying to get back into that winning grove, but its hard knowing im working long long hour for very little money wise. In the last three days ive played 12,000 hands, to put this in to perspective the standard minimum hands played requirement for a badbeat trader is 12,000 hands per month,  so its pretty clear ive worked bloody hard! Lets not forget i also work full time, have a family and also like to get out! To fit everything in  means something as to give but sadly it isnt the poker; yesterday for instance, i was up and working for  07.00am,  and worked straight through until about 14.00. I was then back at the PC for about 18.00 and worked through till 00.00, so thats like 4 hours to fit in everything else in my life into (goes down well with the missus as you can imagine)......... then its back up this morning and back at it at 07.00am...............so the next person who tells me how well ive got it and how hard they've got it..........well you might get a mouth full! Things have been going that bad last few days that i was ready to drop down to $100nl, the thought of doing this really didnt sit to well with me but im long in the tooth and KNOW that if your running bad you have to drop down the levels and quickly. Thankfully todays results means i have no need to do that, after a monster sick couple of weeks (off the back of a pretty expensive month!), and the first part of this mornings sessions was no diffrent, i did manage eventual to return a six buy in profit that even at $200 NL has made a nice dent in the P&L, but more importantly as given me possibly the most important thing a poker player needs..........confidence!!!! So its weekend, and weekends in cyber land go one of two ways, its either monster sick, or its monster winnings................im not going to jinx myself by telling you which way its going to go!!!
