I think ive finally got over Ireland now- don’t like to dwell on things so ive finally let go and moved on !!!! Suppose though I set myself up for the big fall, after all I did say in this very blog that this is the year of the strummer and winning the Irish open was the starting point…………..well nothing wrong with being confident, but got to be able to take the knocks though. So moving on, ive booked my flight for Vegas, im going out on the 9^th June. Im planning on staying out there for two weeks and too play 5 $1500 events, with no rebuys this year as well as treble stacks I feel these offer good value for money as well as a realistic chance of a bracelet…………..what am I talking about, it’s the year of the strum, im going to win all 5 events thus 5 bracelets!!!!!! Yahoooooooooooo, what a summer 5 bracelets and a couple of million dollars in the banks, stuff Ireland Vegas is where its at!!!!!!!!

Back in cyber land its been a interesting month for sure, ive played 45,000 hands, seen some huge swings and finally this weekend got my month back in profit. Saturday morning this wasn’t looking the likely story, an hour in playing 500nl and id taken a beating and was looking at a serious losing day, the kind that makes me want to reach for the gun. Then out of nowhere came a new player, a new player with money, and new player with money and obviously no idea how to play- thankyou lord!!!! He was a genius , on a Ac Kc 10c Jd 7d he called my all in “bluff” with 7s8s, then there was his pre flop all in call with 97os, not to mention when he caught me “bluffing” with top set again his made hand of 3^rd pair with an under kicker, ye he was unlucky for sure, but he got my P&L going the right way which lets face it is the most important thing!!! After 2-3 hours his final re buy was not the customary full buy in but a token $150, obviously he’d gone broke thus no point sticking around! I reckon he dropped 15-20 buys in that time, an amazing amount of money in such a short time………….where do these people get the money?! Anyway I like to think hes kicked started the month and these next few days will see the upswing continue.
