Well at last ive finally started recording good winning days again! A $10,000 upswing in the last week finally gets the P&L going in the right direction though when you compare it to some of the winnings of other badbeat traders, well its chicken feed!! Still im once again enjoying the poker...............but the sick thing is all the winnings have come from playing, errmmmmmmm, from playing Fix Limit! A game that 12 months ago i promised never to play again could well be the game that saves my P&L! Ive been sniffing around the 30/60 game trying to be selective about when i take my seat, this as defo helped, but i think that hitting big cards at the right time as helped more! A couple of coolier hands that for once have fallen on my side have helped produce a great hourly rate and helped put my poker smile back! In the real world Christmas as so far also been fantastic, the missus and I have been worrying that this time of year was going to be a little more testing this year, but the truth is weve so far we have had a happy family based Christmas, naturally ive now replaced the weight lost a few weeks ago and thrown in a few pounds for good measure and in line with tradition yesterday i drank a pint or three to many. Hopefully the last week or so is the start of something good both on and off the felt, in fact im sure it is!!!!!!
