Played my 2nd tournement of the week on MASION last night (came 14th / 500 earlier in the week) and finished 2nd /500 in the $300 buy in event. After an epic HU game i lost when my AK failed to improve against 55 that hit trips! I picked up a very helpful $24k that puts me way in front for the month and helps fill the $50k down turn - one more load and the hole will be an over flow!! I would normally say that im disapointed to finish 2nd, i rate my HU game and when i had a 4/1 chip lead three times, well obviously i thought the win was mine, but my opponent was no mug and didnt panic,played a great game and got his chips in, in front when it mattered most- on the final hand. Strange that this pick up came on the back of a very poor day at the cash tables were by mid afternoon i had suffered a 5 buy in down swing! Still in the space of a week ive gone from biggest down swing of the year to virtually level - im on the up and im feeling and playing goooooooooood!!!!!!! Next stop profitville !!!!!!!
