back home and well and truely pissed off. Im now on the second biggest down swing of all time and its now starting to really piss me off. Last four days read -4 buy ins, -5 buy ins, -7 buy ins and today another -5 buy ins. Those figures on there own are bad enough but what makes them truely sick is that the last sessions where ive lost 17 buy ins ($17k in real money) the sessions total no longer than 4 hours- so thats lose rate of $4.5k/hour. Ive always been pretty honest with myself regarding my gameand how im playing- no point telling yourself your playing fine when in reality your playing bad. As always i go over my losing hands (cant go over my winning hands because i havnt got any). I need find a small leak in that i was playing to many marginal hands from the SB- but in the grand scale of things this tiny leak counted for very little of the big loses. The truth is im being undone by poker sickness, the poker gods are well and truely shoving it up me. So what to do?? Well last night after droping 4 buy ins in 40 minutes i moved down the levels to 3/6 - didnt help i still got it shoved up me! This morning i go for early morning walk, shower, eat and get myself prepared as well as i can - hour and a half in im 5 buy ins down and really struggling to understand how! My final hand i did actually get my money in bad, with only 70BB in front of me i get it all in with AQ against a player whos range in this spot includes A10, AJ and all pairs- so not a bad spot for me. This time he had AK and though obviously not a bad beat it was enough to make stop playing. The rest of the loses were the standard bollox,  after 4 betting pre with AhKh on a Ad2h10h board we get it all in and im up against A2- obviously i miss (im fav to win in this spot)- but how do u get in a pot thats 4 bet with A fooooking 2!!! And once again im talking bad beats!!!! FFS enough already!!!!!!!! Im angry, im fooooooooking angry but what can i do!!!? This month  ive finished -30 buy ins, its a big down swing but one that over time will for sure be put right, but foook me this short term pain is really hurting. Roll on August.
