Every Sunday is the same. I lose and I lose good. I have a pretty standard routine on Sundays and I think it needs reviewing because there are no two ways about it....Sundays are the biggest losing day for me by a mile.



Sunday schedule:

1.Get up go for run/walk.

2.Spend morning doing my brain and wallet in shopping with the missus.

3.Early afternoon - a couple of beers with the chaps.

4.Mid afternoon - Sunday lunch with a nice bottle of wine.

5.Late afternoon - do my bollox in at cash game followed by me out playing myself across three sites in the weeks biggest/most expensive online tournaments.

6. Switch off lap top without smashing it up.

Retire to bedroom pretending to read a book but in fact, just running through the days play in my head and asking myself why does every Sunday cost me about three thousand pounds!!!! I'm serious! It's a no F**king brainer. If I didn't play Sundays I would be one of the wealthiest people on earth!!!

The fact that I played like a complete knob again today didn't help matters, but at least I left the game knowing i'm playing like a tw*t and thus not doing my bankroll too much damage. Sundays...bloody Sundays.
