Played a little yesterday in the evening while doing a session at the same time. It is always hard to play for long in the evenings as I am way off my A game after the days activities. I managed to win about 4k with no real interesting hands of note. I am thinking of having another "week to myself" in a few weeks, what this means is I get to focus on my game a bit more and actually win a bit of money.

I am thinking seriously of going to the next APPT leg in Macau. I have only been to Macua on one occasion and that was back in about 2000/1. It wasn't a pleasant place to visit back then, was pretty rough and you needed to keep your eyes open but I hear nothing but good things now. I spoke to Marc Goodwin last night and he is going so I will probably go with him.

The Luton leg of the GUKPT has been and gone, after having played most of the events last year I haven't played any yet this year. Some of the places are just to hard for me to get to without wasting 4 days on travel and Luton clashed with a personal event so I didn't make it. Congratulations must go the BB players (two who cashed) and a big well done to Marc Goodwin who is now up to 2nd in the European rankings! C'mon my son!
