For a number of reasons I haven't managed to play much at all over the last few days. July seems to have been a very bad month for a lot of people, very similar to December, perhaps its the holidays, I'm not sure why but certainly they are two months that in future I will factor into my thinking and look to make adjustments in my group.

I played an interesting session at 10 20 over the weekend, 3-4 tables and some HU in between. It was interesting because of certain aspects of the game play when compared to 25 50. I'm not going to detail them in my blog but certainly it's got me thinking about some things.

I also played a APT qualifier on stars, 20 seats guaranteed and I was may be 25/50 when I pushed on a mid position raiser with AK, his JJ held up and that was that. The mistake here was not the push, but rather playing the event in the first place. It didn't start until 1am and I played for 6 hours which destroyed me for the next day.
