haven't played for 2 days so far must be a personal best lol, the reason behind this is that im moving to 200nl shortley and im literally just re-charging my batteries alittle and going through some hands on hm that i figure i've played pretty bad, pretty much just plugging a few leaks and giving things a polish. Ended last month 24 ish stacks up whilst it could of been more for sure, well it always could right??, a winning month is a winning month, i learnt a few things on the way and made some profit so at least im going to have some money to spend on some good ole San Miguel in benidorm at the end of may, me my bro and 3 pals got booked into to the sol pelicanos ( the hotel where the series benidorm is filmed) looks a nice place, no doubt we'll have a blast!

been dabbling in the "live" poker scene over this bank holiday weekend, the local friday night 20 quid freezout proved good business for a change lol, so with an extra half a weeks pay in my pocket i decided to try my luck at Asper's in newcastle last night, as the old saying goes lighting doesn't strike in the same place twice, never made a hand pretty much for 3 hrs, ended up having to shove from the cut-off and ran into a hand on the bb, the cards dont seem to be very kind towards me at newcastle ever, think i've played 10-15 tourneys there and been pretty much card ded every one, i did have one "hot" night on the cash tables a while back when a few of the Blackburn Rovers players were on a jolly at newcastle with their girlfreinds and decided to splash around on the poker tables for a while, one good night in 3 years aint much to brag about is it!!!!

Whilst at newcastle waitng for the tourney to start i when through my usual routine of a cold pint of Stella and a read of Bluff Europa magazine, half way through the mag i read an article that left me wondering wether or not i was drunk from 4 sips of Stella and seeing things!!!!! This guy who ever he was, i didnt recognise his name but obv he must be some kind of name to be writing for Bluff i presume, he had written an article about how tracking systems/websites are to blame for the decline of online poker over the last 3 years, he went on to say that websites like pokertable ratings should be banned and holdem manager/poker tracker should also be banned, his point was that the websites/software give the user an unfair edge over the recreational player!!!!!,  his next words of wisdom were.... that there were professional poker players that hunted the recreational players like vultures and make their lives a misery by looting them whenever they sat down at the tables,thus giving recreational players no chance of winning, by this time i was in hysterics sat in the corner by myself, getting strange looks from a group of very pretty girls that were passing by!!!!!
