Swing when your winning

Last week has been a good one at the tables for me after a pretty slow start as i mentioned in my last blog post, normal sevice had resumed and id put together 5 winning days on the belt, for some good profit, then today happend....

started off waking up at noon, quick shower and a cup of xxx strong coffee later and it was back to the grind, i always feel like playing shortly after getting up, probs due to playing tired lots due to work, but anyway, things started pretty good, found a couple of fish that were wanting to try and punch above their weight, think i ended up stacking them pretty quickly after going on a big rush on 2 tables. then another 2 sat down and i stacked them both in another short while, both reloaded, and we ended up pretty deep on both tables, i catch top set in a 3 bet pot against of em on a monotone board so i cbet pretty hard and get shoved on, im thinking well hopeing he aint flopped the world here but there's a ton of hands he can have here that i beat ( pair + draw type hands, and flush draws with over cards ect) but no he flopped the world and i didnt fill up, then i get ak in on the flop vs a set of 9's on A-9-3 club club flop in a 3 bet pot, i bit shellshocked i sweep a couple of stacks profit and take a break.

Later i come back for another go and get a stack up  right away again, then the same type of thing happens again, i get it all in pre with ak vs qq , flop the K then he turns the Q, thats not too terrible there as its just a race to be fair, strange thing was he is bad player but his 3 bet is pretty much value hands and the odd curve ball according to my take of his stats, think he was 3 betting 11% over 1.8k hands or so i have on him, but in todays match he was 3 betting 3% over 100 hands, i knew he had a decent hand here and figured how bad of a dog can i be with a-k??? so i 4 bet and got shoved on i cant fold here but looking at poker stove later on i see im a 60-40 dog with a-k vs a guy getting it all in with the 3% of hands he's 3 betting, im terribad with maths but i know im getting just short of 2-1 to call.

A few hands later he cracks my k-k with his j-q in a 3 bet pot, this hand was ultimatly a mistake by me but when i play this guy he doesnt fold to 3 bets, so i tend just to 3 bet the top of my range  pretty much as he never folds, when i have AA-KK and the flop is say 2-2-7 rainbow i use different lines against him, i'll hammer the flop with my standard cbet then slam the breaks on and check the turn this always induces a half pot bet from this guy, by this time theres like $64 ish in the pot and i then check ship over the top and get looked up from his pretty weak hands, so, the flop comes down Q-Q-3 rainbow i hammer it he calls, turn is a brick i check , he fires half pot and i shove and see his j-q. arrgghhhh

a rough day all in all but only ended up 1 stack down, think i'd paid a stack in rake after 1200 hands or so, so its a result really, this might sound a bit like im twisting but its not meant to really, its more to just explain why im turning grey at 30 :)
