well all in all its been a pretty frustrating month so far, i think its been of my own doing pretty much if im honest...playing heads up its pretty easy to get frustrated when you go card ded for a few thousand hands and the fish are catching hands against you and great games suddenly become hard work, this seems to happen to me now and again then all of a sudden i stumble upon my A game and normal service resumes, im starting to box clever now though, im making  some notes on what i need to do in order to get back to playing my A game, one of my main faults when im not on song is i pay off too much and make plays where my equity in the hand is poor, im starting to figure out that it happens when im getting run over and i cant make a hand for long spells in a match, now i ve identifyed this i can start to do something about it.

Ive had an email from Laura Petch on saturday about the live bankrollpromo, looks like i may be in with a shout, a slim shout all the same but you never know, pity it wasnt last month or the month else before would of fancied my chances, 10 days or so to go this month so pleanty of play left, so fingers crossed. Wouldnt mind a free entry into the 100k at dusk till dawn, i've been meaning to play it for a while now but never got round to it, even tho my tourney poker might be alittle rusty i still fancy my chances down there with the structure being decent.

Still recovering from a stag weekend at Doncaster last weekend, the groom was a TA fella, so Doncaster TA centre kindly let us crash there free of charge, which was very good of them, was about 2 hrs drive from Durham down to Donny, we get there about 3pm and chuck our bags in at the TA centre, so after a few pints in the bar one of the TA guys gets the chips out " poker anyone" he yells, so i wait till there's a bit of interest before wandering over and telling him ive played once or twice before, i know what your thinking lol but i just can't help it :), anyway 5 hands later im busted, my turned straight savagely blown apart by the stag's riverd boat, " not as easy as it looks on the telly is it??"  one of them shouts, im still chuckling to myself now wondering how the hell i didn't have a free night out on those guys, priceless!!
